By accessing or using DirectForm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

DirectForm provides a form backend service that allows you to receive form submissions from static websites via unique API endpoints. The service includes email notifications, submission storage, webhook integrations, and auto-reply functionality.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DirectForm for:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications
  • Collecting sensitive financial or health data without proper safeguards
  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to overwhelm the service with excessive requests

4. Rate Limits

DirectForm enforces rate limiting of 5 submissions per IP address per form per hour to prevent abuse. Exceeding this limit will result in temporary blocking with a 429 response code.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data submitted through your forms. DirectForm acts only as a processor. You can export your data at any time via CSV download from your dashboard.

6. Service Availability

DirectForm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all associated data.
